Assistant Sports Performance CoordinatorÂ
Stephanie Lodge joined Westminster in 2021 as Assistant Sports Performance Coordinator and Head Coach for Middle School Girls Soccer. A Philadelphia native, Steph is a graduate of Temple University and brings a deep background in collegiate athletics, sports performance and nutrition, and youth athlete development.
Before joining Westminster, Steph spent three years in the Strength and Conditioning department at the University of Pennsylvania, supporting a wide range of varsity programs. She also trained under world-renowned Olympic weightlifting coach Dane Miller at Garage Strength and competed as a national-level Olympic weightlifter for over a decade.
Steph is passionate about performance, nutrition, and recovery. She holds certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (CSCS), USA Weightlifting (USAW), Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms) and is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP).Â
At Westminster, Steph supports the athletic department with sports performance programming, VALD performance testing, and foundational movement education across all teams. She also leads the Middle School Girls Soccer program and contributes to the development of student-athletes both on and off the field.
