Jeremiah Neal, LPC
Sports and Performance Counselor

Jeremiah Neal joined Westminster Athletics in 2023 as Sports and Performance Counselor, supporting student-athletes, coaches, and teams with both mental health care and performance psychology. He provides individual and group counseling, mental skills training, and works closely with coaches to build resilient, competitive team cultures. Jeremiah also serves on the Athletics Leadership Team and developed the Student-Athlete Experience Survey to enhance the Wildcat student-athlete experience.

Before Westminster, Jeremiah served as a counselor at Northfield Mount Hermon, Phillips Andover Academy, and Boston Children’s Hospital, gaining extensive experience supporting adolescents in both clinical and school settings.
