Eric Lougas, CSCS, RSCC*E
Director of Strength & Conditioning
Eric Lougas has led Westminster’s Strength and Conditioning program since 2005, designing and implementing training for all high school sports. He oversees programs focused on strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning, and flexibility, while also managing facilities, and collaborating with athletic trainers on return-to-play programming.
In addition to his work at Westminster, Eric serves as Senior National Director for the ANC Pro Football Combine, where he has overseen professional football testing and evaluations for NFL, UFL, and XFL athletes since 1997. His career also includes serving as Sports Performance Director at Velocity Sports Performance and as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Morris Brown College, where he directed training for nine athletic teams and coordinated NFL Pro Days.
Eric has presented at national conferences, been published in the NSCA Journal of Strength and Conditioning, and in 2023 founded the Georgia Strength and Conditioning Summit. He holds the highest level of recognition from the NSCA as a Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach Emeritus (RSCC*E) and maintains long-standing memberships with both the NSCA and USA Weightlifting.
