Assistant Director of Athletics for Sport Medicine, Performance, and Support | Head Athletic Trainer
Donna Hays has served The Westminster Schools since 1993 and was named Assistant Director of Athletics in 2024 after more than 30 years as the school’s Head Athletic Trainer. She oversees sports medicine, performance, and student-athlete wellness programs, ensuring that Wildcats receive first-class care in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and overall health and safety.
In her role, Donna supervises the athletic training and performance staff, coordinates the school’s Concussion Management Team, and collaborates with healthcare, counseling, and academic services to provide holistic support for student-athletes. She has also represented Westminster and the profession at the national level, serving as a Certified Athletic Trainer for the U.S. Soccer Federation and the U.S. Olympic Committee, including assignments at the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta and multiple international competitions.
