Chad Walker
Assistant Athletic Director for Operations
Chad Walker joined Westminster Athletics in 2025 and currently serves as Assistant Athletic Director for Operations and Assistant Football Coach. With more than 20 years of experience in athletic administration and football coaching at the NFL, NCAA, and high school levels, Chad brings a wealth of leadership, operational expertise, and championship-level experience to the Westminster community. In his role, he oversees athletic operations, event management, facilities coordination, transportation logistics, and game day administration while supporting coaches, student-athletes, and athletic programs across the department.
Before assuming his current position in June 2026, Chad served as Westminster's Upper School Substitute Coordinator, Permanent Substitute, and Assistant Football Coach. Prior to Westminster, he was Athletic Director at Loganville Christian Academy, where he provided strategic leadership for all athletic programs, managed department operations and budgeting, oversaw facilities and events, led coach recruitment and development, and launched key initiatives to modernize athletic communications and operations. Chad's coaching career includes stops with the Atlanta Falcons, University of Arkansas, University of Oklahoma, Mississippi College, Bryant University, Miami Dolphins, LSU, ULM, and West Virginia University. Along the way, he contributed to a Super Bowl team, a National Championship team, an SEC Championship team, and a Sugar Bowl Championship team.
